There are many thickly-woven trees surrounding the camp, so that any cat that isn't of SkyClan blood would have a hard time getting into camp, especially without alerting SkyClan.

| Valley of the Mist
This valley is next to ThunderClan territory. Depending on where you're traveling from, it can take at least half a moon to reach the bottom or top. Clan cats aren't advised to journey down there, because the thick layer of mist provides cover to enemies that may be lurking nearby. Loners from the valley can't necessarily be trusted.

| Forest of Death
Rogues prowl around here. This dark, damp forest is outside of WindClan. Wandering kits have been slayed when they've found themselves inside it. The worst part of the forest is: it's like a maze. Those who go in never return.

| Twolegplace
A maze of small Thunderpaths and Twoleg dens. There are two different kinds of cats in Twolegplace: loners and kittypets.

| Rabbit Hollows
Not far from the Forest of Death is a large colony of rabbits. There are literally hundreds of these creatures - enough to feed a hungry cat for quite some time....if he's fast enough, that is.

| Sacred Places |
| Fourtrees
This is one of the most sacred places in the forest. There are four old, leaf-less oak trees. This is the place where all four clans meet in peace during each full moon. These meetings are called Gatherings. At one end is a large boulder called the Great Rock, where the Clan leaders stand during Gatherings.

| Highstones (1 sub-board)
Far to the north of WindClan's territory, across a dangerous Thunderpath, there is a range of mountains known to the cats as Highstones. This is where cats from all the Clans must go to communicate with StarClan. Leaders go here to receive their nine lives and their new name. Medicine cats visit once a month at the half-moon to trade remedies and share tongues with StarClan
